Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy for purchases on this website (nuancehear.com)


  • If the requested delivery is to an office/ business address – please indicate business hours.
  • We don’t deliver to PO boxes.
  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, delivery may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If we face a significant delay in delivery of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
  • If the carrier attempts to deliver fails because you’re not there, wrong address, moved without notifying us, and the package returns to our warehouse – it will be the buyer’s responsibility to pay the delivery fee for sending it again. When you receive your tracking details, please be aware of the package route.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

  • We do NOT mark orders as gifts.

In Israel or UK

  • Nuance hearing covers customs and taxes when purchasing directly through the website.

Outside of Israel or UK

  • Our prices DO NOT include VAT, GST or other local taxes and custom fees.
  • Our terms of sale for international orders are FOB destinations.
    This means that you pay all freight, duties and taxes.

Customers who are required to pay customs, will receive an email from COURIER/ FORWARDER NAME, or the local customs authorities asking for payment to have your order processed through customs. Once you make the payment to the local customs your order will be processed for final delivery.
